"I have been coming to Leelee for years for my eyebrows and these last few times I’ve came the customer service has been horrible. No one in the shop says hi or what you need. Leelee doesn’t speak unless she is spoken to. I tried to refrain from leaving a review but today was just the last straw for me and I will not be returning. She has been extremely rude. I mean it’s okay to have a off day and not be in the mood… but to not be in the mood everytime I come in there is insane and she should maybe consider retiring if she doesn’t like her job nomore. She picks and choose when she wants to do nails depending on who you are. If she does decide to do your nails it got to be how SHE want to do them and not how you would like them, otherwise she won’t do it because she will claim she doesn’t have the time. I’ve referred so many of my friends to her but I will no longer do that because it’s not worth it. When you come to the nailshop it should feel like you are getting pampered not feeling like you are stressed and can’t wait to get out of the place. Definitely have lost a loyal customer and I will never spend a dime in This place again!"
