"I’m so happy with my nails and pedicure every time I leave Q-Nails! I highly recommend everyone there."
"This is the only nail salon that I’ll go to. They do great work & I’ve never once been asked to come back later, even though I’ve never had a n appointment. They treat everyone like family there, not just me. You should give them a try. You won’t regret it."
"Service: I got the acrylic nails with a basic color nail polish. Experience: The nail salon was slow, I was the only person in the salon, however, I’ve received a very lazy work. She skipped filing, buffering, cutting my cuticles and went straight to applying the dip powder onto my nails. I asked her, “don’t you need to cut the cuticles and file the nails first?” She responded with “later.” The application of the dip powder was done very sloppy. I told her if she can redo the first nail she started. She said, “don’t worry I will file it later.” After she was finished applying the dip powder, my nails were unbelievably thick and uneven. The filing did not help, it was still very thick. She even skip filing under my nails. I told her, “can you please filed under my nails, cause there’s a lot of harden dip powder?” She responded with, “later.” By the time she did it, “she barely filed it, I still have harden dip powder under my nails. Then, she applied the polish and the top coat. Painting was also sloppy work, I had to tell her to repaint some nails. Finally, she put top coat and file my nails again. For very odd reasons, she kept filing the sides of my nails and she made two of my finger nail bleed. Thoughts: I think she charged me extra even though I got acrylic nails with no designs. It was $55. She asked if I wanted to pay tips, Im a very empathetic person, I see that her business is slow and I was thinking about it. But I thought about my experience, and I decided not to, throughout the service it was done very lazy. I kept telling her to fix it, she keeps responding with “later,” and at some point she gave me attitude. Unfortunately, I did not took any photos after I left the salon because my finger nails were in pain from bleeding on two of my finger nails and the tightness from the thick nails. The photos I will be attaching is like the next day after the salon"
"I am sorry that this was my first time experience at this location and i completely disagree. I am so unhappy with my nails. By the way I only wanted a natural look on my own nails and it’s all bad. I have clumps of gel all over my skin , and they hurt so bad because gel has been folded in to my cuticles. I paid $40 for this and I am so unhappy . Take a look for your self . I will never return"
"Hannah was amazing, and so talented. Great customer service. I told her my ideas an she brought it to life. She always takes care of my grandma. Love coming here. Vincent shaped my nails perfectly. Very detail oriented. I love coming here."
