My daughter went in with a very specific hair color in mind and shared several pictures with Angela and 11 hours and $680 later she walked out of the salon with a totally different look. We tried to have her correct her color and she absolutely refused to without charging more money. During my last attempt to work something out with her on a phone call, she yelled at my daughter and blamed her for not achieving the color she wanted. Most professionals that are proud of their work would have tried to at least fix it."
