"We love this dental office and drive from Dublin for our appointments. Dr. Hipolito is a fantastic dentist and his team are all very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this dental office to anyone. Dr. Hipolito was recommended to me by my dentist when my son impacted his front top 4 teeth and needed someone to perform emergency pediatric dental care. He did his best to preserve and save his teeth by putting a brace on the top teeth. When the teeth finally fell out (2 years later) he was able to put false teeth in for him by way of small retainer to make him feel confident again. Now all 3 of my children come here and we will continue for as long as we can!"

"Dr. Hippolito is great. Having said that, I have not had a good experience here because of the front office staff and the approach they take to payments. The new patient paperwork demands your social security card and I asked why. I was told so they can send you to collections (not a good sign). I paid $400 to have my son evaluated and we got a $2300 estimate for future work. To schedule for that I had to make a down payment of most of that amount a month in advance a little over 50% or around $1200) and schedule a Kaiser visit. I was having a very bad year and our Kaiser was canceled so I could not schedule the work right away, plus I did not have the money. Eventually, I got it sorted out and set up the appointment, and they did help me in getting my son in early when they had another cancellation. We did my son’s work at Kaiser and set then had to set up another follow-up appointment for later in the month. When I called to reschedule that appt. I was asked to make another payment over the phone of $2460.00. I asked them in future to give me a call when I owe some money because I will then actually know I owe and the due date, and she said “we won’t do that because we have just too many clients for that”. Well I don’t want to be just a number. I also told her I would have to get back to her because I am moving in 4 days and that is going to be about $9,000 and I have movers coming (another $1800), so I need to see how much money I have in my two accounts and figure out where I am so I can plan what to do. She threatened to send me to collections if I did not pay immediately. This on top of being kicked out of our home, plus I am forced to hire movers since I am a single mom (5 feet tall) with no way to move furniture on my own, and this woman told me the amount on the phone, informed me it was due yesterday, and did not want to even allow me to check my bank account balances before sending me to collections. That is just wrong. These people have no empathy for people and no way to even be remotely kind. I took the time to check my accounts because I don’t want to be homeless and that is the priority. I then called back 10 minutes later and paid them. Couldn’t you extend the due date even one week? It turns out I did not need it but seriously, what difference does it make to you if I go to collections today or next week? We won’t be back!"
