"Hello, I do not want to give a rating, but.. My husband had an appointment today, Feb 17, 2024, at 2:30 p.m. We been standing out here in the rain and knocking on the door, we called about 6 to 7 times, and no one had come to the door. He did receive a text message, and he replied, confirming his appointment. It's really a shame and very unprofessional that they did not call us to cancel him he had to miss work today to be able to attend."

"THE INDIAN GIRL NAMED DR RIKASOOD SHOULD BE FIRED. She is the rudest dentist and obviously does not care about your teeth. She lies about everything and she is the most dishonest dentist I know. More dishonest than her front desk which also is very unprofessional and don’t know what they are doing. They need to hire better people that are experts . I don’t know why they hired people that don’t have no experience. Anyways So basically my appointment is at 8:20 and I come there like 8:21 and then they start like 9:50. When she starts she says “okay so we will do one filling today” and I say “no I’m supposed to get 2 done today because the temporary filling only last for a couple of weeks. Then she says “I don’t know if we have time for both today” and I said “well they said they will do both today and I was sitting here in the room for already almost a hour “ then she doesn’t say anything and she puts the numbing cream in my mouth on the top and I move my mouth and say “my root canal was done in the bottom not top.” And she goes n tells me that I’m wrong and says “no the root canal was done in the top” and I say no it wasn’t . Then she checks and pauses and tells me that it’s because I needed filling st the top not the bottom. Then she tries and says that the root canal dentist already put in my permanent filling. Then I go and tell her that’s not true because they sent me here just for that and she goes and says “okay let me check” and she checks and she says that the root canal dentist said I needed to come for a filling for the top and that they never said anything about permanent filling for the root canal. I told them that’s wrong because that dentist was a specialist and she only preforms root canals. Then she tries to say that she was in the wrong and that they emailed her for a filling not root canal filling. At this point my top right tooth was already numbed with the numbing cream. She goes and says okay we will proceed with the root canal filling and puts numbing cream in my bottom right tooth. I go and tell her this if covered by my insurance right because bright dental office specifically told me on the phone 3 times and even in person that I wouldn’t have to pay anything. After this she stops and says “one second let me check” then comes back with a bill of $700 . I’ve already gotten a letter that this place is getting sued and I am planning to sue them as well ."

"Bad Service; bad attitude; not helpful; wasted my time; dishonest; waited 45 minutes to hear something they could have told me at upfront. I told them at the beginning I had my own dentist and I needed them as emergency. I do not need full exam because I do not need double diagnosis. They did nothing on me except X Ray and the reason does not need to be known by doing X Ray. They would know by simply reading my forms I filled out the night before. They had 45 minutes to read the form. I walked in at 8:45 am for a 9am appointment but I was not called until 9:30am. Just an excuse to charge X Ray fees. The dentist told me she is a doctor and I am not. She thinks that all patients in Hayward area must be low income and stupid. They would not know how to voice out if they are mistreated. I am a Doctor too. The form even said if someone missed the appointment, they have to pay penalties. In my memory, the fee is $25.How about you are late? You keep me waiting for 45 minutes. Will never go there again."
