"I have been using this office for years, but after a recent cleaning one of my teeth became very loose and appeared ready to come out! It was late that Friday afternoon when the dentist responded to my call. He was apparently going out of town and told me he had no backup support so I should call the local dental society for help. When I called them they told me that they do not do referrals and it is the responsibility of every dentist to have emergency backup plans for their patients! Luckily, I went on line and found another local dentist who does emergency work. I called her and she agreed to see me immediately that Friday evening! She spent considerable time with me and was able to correct the problem which had apparently been caused during the cleaning, but it cost me about $1,400, most of which was not covered by Delta Dental. I was extremely grateful for her help, but very disappointed in having to handle this all by myself."
