"I should actually update this review as Google removed previous one. My experience with Dr. Patel is a complete nightmare. She applied the most aggressive treatment to my teeth that lead to issues with TMJ, reported the filling that was never done and made a crown with the impression of only one jaw which, of course didn't fit. I'm still suffering from her sloppy work and spend thousands of dollars to fix it. Her office didn't want to send me my treatment notes and when they finally sent it – none of mine complains was reflect there – just empty lines, like nothing bad happened, when in reality I was complaining about uneven bite and huge pain with clicking and popping in my jaw after her recent treatment. Of course, she ignored all my complains, worsen my symptoms by unneeded and unrequested "adjustments" and phrases like "I don't have timemachine" and "Don't close your mouth". Sick! The way Dr. Patel communicated with me is a separate story. I unsuccessfully reported her to Dental Board and insurance company once and going to do this again with more proves. I do not recommend this dentist to anyone and warning the community about the quality of service she's providing. If you value your teeth, your nerves and your money – stay away from Dr. Patel and her office. Best of luck to everyone!"

"I’ve been going to Dr. Patel since she bought out the practice from Dr. Herman. She was a relatively new dentist back then, and like every new dentist or doctor, she was learning in the beginning. But from day one, she was honest, pleasant, accommodating, and admitted any mistake that she made and talked about what she learned from it. She did her very first bridge on my husband, and made a mistake, but came in on the weekend to fix it for free and continued to do so for free until it was perfect. My husband was a good sport because she was so honest and genuine about wanting to fix it. That was close to 20 years ago. Today she is very experienced and simply fabulous! It’s been fun to watch her grow as a practitioner. I happen to have very sensitive teeth, and used to have anxiety about going to the dentist because of the discomfort. But she had a great trick to help and now my anxiety about going to the dentist is gone, and I get my teeth cleaned every six months like clockwork. And her office staff is just as great. Sherry, the office manager, knows me by my first name, all my kids, my personal life etc. they are all like family to me. And Sherry works hard to get me appointment times that work for my life. If she doesn’t have some thing right away that works for me, she will literally call me each time a cancellation occurs to see if it’s a better time for me. They work hard to accommodate me, my husband, and my kids. But most importantly, I have beautiful, healthy teeth thanks to Dr. Patel! I am an RN, and I know of a couple of doctor friends who also go to Dr. Patel and we all think she is wonderful! I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a new dentist."

"Dr. Patel and her staff are caring and compassionate. She is an excellent dentist, knowledgeable, thorough and yet gentle. My parents were in the dental field and thanks to them I know a good verses bad dentist. Dr Patel is one of the best. Her staff is wonderful and easy to work with."
