"Absolutely love the manager. Hope. She is so helpful and sweet to my girls and I. If I ever have an issue she is quick to respond and help me out. If don't hear from her that day, guarantee she will return my message the next day. I have had LOTS and I mean LOTS of issues from maintenance to section 8 and she has been beyond helpful. Some may say "that isn't my job" and blow off concern's, but she has NEVER used that comment and helped in any way. She definitely goes above and beyond, and I pray she continues to stay, she does the best for our community & I can say the ones complaining are the ones that doesn't like that they can't do whatever they want & she has to correct them."

"Management is still awesome, and keeps in contact with everyone, BUT I am so tired of hearing these shooting every week. Just had another one less then an hour ago right by my building. My kids were freaking out and wants to sleep in the bathroom now. This is not what I want for my children. They don't even enjoy being here anymore, it's almost 3 years living here. We all dread coming home. If you are lucky like me you will have wonderful neighbors, but the other people around here, not safe to be around. I was brought here for protection and a new life for my children and I, but really thinking how is this place even aloud to take families like mine and say this is safer. This neighborhood is supposed to be getting better, NOT worse. We have "security" and all they do is well NOTHING!!!"

"The worst management she threw a vape at me she forge people names on paper work and she lies and I went without ac for 2 years straight and had sewage flooding coming from up under the ground the entire apartment needs to be redone waste of time unprofessional me and my friend had to put the replacement refrigerator that the man left outside that he was supposed to do in my apartment Ms hope is the by far worse manager they have had how she she gave my caseworker a move out notice that said zero dollars was owed but trying to put a eviction on me imma about to sue them illegal things happen at willow point they will get mad if corporate is call and retaliate because they can’t get the job done my babies was with ac plus my rug and couch was ruined because of the by far worse apartment ever also there’s a lady that walks and knows on people doors to be nosy and reports to the manager Ms hope told my friend a couple of days ago that she will make sure me and my kids never gets a place anywhere again she’s evil I have pictures of the flood plus the ac for over two years been keeping it for this very reason I keep my receipts"

"I’ve been at Willow Pointe since 2011! Management now is much much much better! They are trying but would love a little bit more speediness with maintenance request and returning calls. They team now is great and trying and I’m very satisfied with the change!"
