"Titi did a good job on the pedicure except she did not include a leg massage. Lisa is irritable, rushed the service, and spent very little time on the gel manicure. I had to clean up my nails when I got home. I will not be returning."

"Unfortunately Lisa did not do a good job. I went in to have my GelX removed and she said "Why did you get these if you want them removed?" She did not use solution or hot water to soak my nails before removing, which would have been much more comfortable as I've had this done at other salons in the past. Later in the appointment she also said something to the effect of "See, taking your nails off hurts my hand." Also, she took personal calls while removing my nails which was honestly fine but I think that's just because I'm patient lol. I won't be returning."

"My sister recommended this place. Lisa took me as a walk-in. I have really bad in-grown toe nails and stopped getting pedicures because most people don't know how to handle it and it hurts. Lisa was AMAZING!!! She removed them as painlessly. My toes feel great. My gel nails and pedicure are perfect. The place is clean and bright and she made me feel welcome and comfortable. I was in and out in 1 1/2 hrs I highly recommend Bay Farm Nail Spa!!"
