"I had a severe allergic reaction to the henna used (which has never happened before) and the team honored a refund. They were very empathetic and understanding. I suggest that if you have sensitive skin to do a patch test first! But overall great experience with their customer service."

"The thread caused bruising under my left brow and I hope it doesn’t leave a scar. My brows are more uneven than when I went in, noticeably so. I asked her to fix it and she says the henna doesn’t stain the skin but it clearly did because my brows don’t go down that low. Now I have to walk around with messed up eyebrows for 2 weeks. Plus they quoted me $14 then had me pay $26. I don’t recommend this place and will continue searching elsewhere."

"I have been going to this eyebrow bar for a few years now; it's always fast service, kind service, and good quality at a reasonable price. I decided to get a lash lift for the first time, and oh my goodness! My eyelashes are beautiful, and it looks like I got a classic lash extension while getting a lash lift and only paying $100 for the service (because I also got a tint usually only 85). Right away, after the lift, I noticed a complete difference! With lash extensions being costly, I have found a great alternative with excellent service at iBrow Bar! I will be making an appointment to return in 8 weeks."
