Garrison Station Apartments

"Stopped by on a last ditch effort to try an apartment! This was my last place I stopped on my travels and in all honesty, I wish it would have been my first! I was stressed, irritated and in a foul mood for sure after all day of looking around. I walked in and was blown away by not only the clean look of the place but was instantly greeted by not one but 2 different people! The agent, Sara; I believe and her manager Faith were 2 of the nicest and caring people I have been around in quite some time! They not only answered all my questions but made me feel like I was home. In these days, that is a selling point! You want to be some place you feel comfortable and that you are in good hands and when it comes to my family, well that's a biggie! I've been in a lot of apartments today alone and like I said, if this was the first stop, my day would have been much better, & quicker! Thank you once again!"

There was no pressure put on us to lease and the leasing agent, Sarah, could not have done a better job helping s through the process of applying and then getting ready for the move in. "Do not recommend at all. I moved in 10 months ago and took 198 pictures/videos of how bad the apartment was. The apartment was very dirty, with cob webs and spiders in every corner. The carpet had stains and numerous snags in both bedrooms. Paint was on carpet, trim, counter tops, and the wood floors. I also put in a work order for maintenance repairs, still waiting 10 months later. With all the things wrong with my apartment, sending the pictures and videos to management, they apologized but did not correct. I was told not to worry about the carpet since the quality was inexpensively selected. Garrison Station has been open for just over 2 years and the pool has been open for only 3 months. The pool is currently under construction and is in rubles. The car wash area opened several months after I moved in. You have to pay to use the water and vacuum to clean your car. The usage of the water and the electricity is divided amongst all the tenants on their bill. The dog park is nice during the day, but is only half lit at night. The complex is smoke free, but there are always people smoking and nothing is done about it. If you get a garage, you are not allowed to hang anything on the walls. You are also not allowed to hang anything on your patio, unless it is zip tied to your railing. The bedroom closets are poorly built to size. You cannot close the door if you have clothes hanging within a foot of the door. There are no parking passes assigned to tenants. So when you come home from work, all the parking spaces are occupied by visitors and you have to park one or two buildings away from your apartment. Numerous emails have been sent out for months now warning everyone that things are going to be corrected and that any violations of the rules will be dealt with, but nothing has been done. Everyone is charged a trash fee, but if you work second shift, you will not be able to use it, but still get charged. Highly, do not recommend Garrison Station apartments in Murfreesboro."
