Edit: I'm not going to email your customer service because other reviewers already showed how terrible it is. Already put a stop payment on the charge and had to find an actual barber to fix your screw up."

"Checked in online, got there with 5 mins left on a 45 min timer, sat there for 10 mins. A client left so I got up, but the hairdresser who had just finished instructed me to take my seat and indicated that the other hairdresser would see to me when she was finished. The way she said it was as if she was talking to a schoolchild. The other hairdresser clearly had 20+ mins left on her client, so I walked out and went to a local barber shop. I walked into the local place, got a great haircut at the same price, and walked out in 30 mins. Great Clips sucks, local salons and barber shops are the way."

Always with excellent customer service BUT today, July 8, the Manager Dalila, who is on duty, treated us very rudely. And on top of that she denied being the Manager at the time. The customer is always right!."

Edit: haha- Great clips’ response is funny since I called the store and was refused any help, then called corporate and was told I’d get a call back and never did. Don’t believe they’ll help you either because they won’t. Bunch of liars and thieves."
