Reviews of Atlas Apartments at Germantown
"I have been living at Atlas for the past 10 months and have loved it. The location is great. Management is timely and available to help. Rylan works extremely hard and is always around to help or just to say hello! The staff is always friendly. Lisa also does a fantastic job at the apartment and works hard to keep everything clean. All the hard work doesn’t go unnoticed! Thank you Rylan and Lisa!"
"I really am not one to write negative reviews but I have never had such a frustrating, exhausting, and stressful apartment experience than living at the Atlas. I wish I had seen a more honest review before I moved in here and hope this helps someone make a more informed apartment decision in the future. Response to Atlas’s reply: No one else has hurt me but this apartment experience. I wasn’t going to give context but I am happy to! 1. We were placed in a construction facing apartment where we were woken up between 3 - 5 AM six days a week to construction coming from behind the Atlas (out of their control) with no warning or price reduction. We really didn’t get a full nights sleep for almost 12 months straight. 2. Every issue we had with this apartment (our floors cracking and kicking up dust every day), a shower head that broke off, or random water shut offs nearly once a month or every other month was met with a little to no response, a response where somehow we were blamed for not taking action sooner, or disorganized response between employees. 3. The garage door took nearly 4 months to be replaced and when we asked about this we were told “other apartment buildings have it worse.” I have so much empathy for customer facing roles and really try to give anyone the benefit of the doubt. I am not trying to lash out or be cruel but I wish I had read a review like this before I moved in. I am amending my review again because The Atlas keeps amending there’s. It cannot possibly be a residents responsibility to make sure different staff members get the same message and same complaint as previous Atlas employees. My husband and I complained about the floors and outdoor construction multiple times during the first 4 months we lived there. How anyone at RAM could believe it was our responsibility to then inform a new employee of these concerns is beyond me. It should be documented and passed over to the next staff member."
"GUESTS BEWARE!!!! I cannot with this place. We were helping a family member move in and while we trying to find parking, we had workers tell us to park in the Atlas Retail Lot. Which fyi, they were very rude during the interaction to a simple question of “ Is this guest parking for the apartment?” We later registered as guests on the Atlas Guest Parking System and were given permit. Fast forward later that night and as we are leaving we find that our car was BOOTED by nashvillebooting. So I guess the complex doesn’t check their system and just boots anyone they want, I guess. Super frustrating after moving into the place and trying to enjoy our night with family. Suggest the complex either gets their system figured out or have a place for guests cause the amount the MONEY ($100 fee to take the boot off) and TIME we had to get our car back after following THEIR rules is enough for me to write this review so others won’t have to experience this awful situation with their loved ones."
"I moved into Atlas in July and the experience has been amazing. This is my first apartment in the area and things have been great thus far Brandon was extremely helpful in moving in and dealing with any situations I have had. Rylan the head of Maintenace is hands down the best! I had a small leak, and he took care of it immediately upon us talking about it, the service and friendliness here is unmatched. Rylan even scheduled a cleaning for my apartment due to the inconvenience. I would recommend this to anyone looking to move to the area!"
"I moved into the Atlas in june and absolutely love it!! Brandon was such a big help in the application and move in process. I have had no complaints since moving in. The building is very clean and quiet and the staff is so nice. Would recommend to anyone looking to live in Germantown!!"
