"Me and my friend book to do our nails, and they started doing hers, and they don’t do mine. When we ask them, they have an attitude like they are there to do something for free; they make us feel uncomfortable in the first place. There is a language barrier, so it’s hard to communicate with them. They keep talking their language and ignoring you. What I can see is they are very disrespectful especially when you are brown skin; this is a shame as a business person; it shouldn’t be this way; my friend and I left without doing our nails because they made us uncomfortable and they created too much drama I won’t recommend anyone there are plenty of nearby nail salon outstanding customer service this place is not good."

"If I could give zero stars I would… the greedy girls, would like to call them something else, but I’ll keep it clean, as soon as I walk in instead of welcoming me in they start yelling prices, that’s not customer service, that’s pure unprofessional service.. I did pick a color that when I got home so didn’t look the same as in bottle, so I went back the next day to change the color & again they start all yelling $30 for color change, r u kidding me?? I said I wanna change the color don’t need a fill, so they said that’s the price, needless to say they lost another customer.. , not to mention the chic that did my nails only put one coat on one hand & two coats on another & now I have 2 different colors.. this place needs to learn customer service or their gonna lose more customers than having them.. horrible, horrible place…DO NOT get ur nails done at this place… below are pictures of my nails and clearly u can see 2 different colors.. they need to retrain on doing nails, and learn how to treat their customers properly…"

"I have been there for a second time, and for sure I won't come back. They are stolen you. The first time they told me a price and I paid 4 times at the end. We were three persons. The girls don't speak very well, they get upset when you request any improve in your nails, and just care about the money. I thing the are agressive and have bad manners. I prefer to pay any service to people opened to care about my expectations! Definitely, this is an awful place to be treated as a client!"

"I thought the service was great, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I really liked the initial outcome of my gel manicure but it is already chipping in less than 4 days of having it done which is disappointing as it should last 2-3weeks."

"I’m getting really tired of Bay Area businesses charging so much for sub-par services. The place smells very strongly, they need to add more ventilation. While they were able to seat me as a walk-in, I was not satisfied with the gel manicure I received. They should have added an extra layer, but they didn’t, so the final nails look patchy. They charged $40 for this. I did not tip."
