"I had Ivan as my stylist and he was great. He gave me exactly what I asked for, while adding some recommendations of his own that he got my approval for. I have pretty thick hair and he worked quickly, but the style still came out very nice. I would book with him again!"

"Been here twice now and unfortunately I’ve been disappointed. First time I was charged much more than I was initially quoted because “long hair cut is more expensive.” My hair was slightly below shoulder length and all I had done was a trim. Nothing fancy with styling. My second time, when asked what I wanted the only thing I emphasized multiple times is that I was growing my hair out long and wanted a a very small amount cut. I look back and several inches are gone, by the end of it 5-6in cut. The salon itself is nice, clean and spacious. The stylists are very friendly, the cuts ultimately looked nice it just wasn’t what I asked for."

"I got my hair cut by Ivan who was really amazing and brought my hair to life again! I have been receiving many compliments. He also cut my friend's hair, which is lovely, and inspired me to come in. The place was nice and clean. The service was great. There was a issue with my card (technical issue on the POS) and the owner was very quick and helpful to respond once I noticed the issue (again, it was the POS and not the salon). "ive been there twice to get sections of my hair bleached as well as a haircut. its very expensive but the people working there are so nice, and very skilled and knowledgeable. ive seen sky (or maybe skye?) twice and shes been so kind and helpful!! one time i cane in having scheduled the wrong type of service and the entire team took turns in order to do my hair quickly and skillfully despite my mistake. very accommodating thank you bibo!"

"I was so happy to hear that my longtime fav, Ivan had joined BIBO in Oakland. It was such a great choice of theirs to hire him and I was excited to visit this salon for the first time. It’s clean and beautifully decorated, and the booking process was easy and efficient. More importantly, Ivan is still amazing and gave me such a wonderful cut.
