"The owner of this place, John, is one of the biggest JERKS ive ever met in my life. Not only does he hate on his own wife because she does nails better than him. I called one day and asked for her and he says "She's sick, but I'm available". Reluctantly (because he cut my entire finger open one day) I bring my daughter in to get her nails done because I couldn't find anyone else available. He sits down, glued her tips on and then tries to pass her off to the new guy who JUST messed up my friends nails the week before. So I object and say "No, no, no what happened to YOU being available?!?" and he looks at me and says "I'm too sick, I can't do it". So I respond "If your sick then WHY would you touch my daughter's hands and breathe all in her face the day before school starts and a couple days before her birthday???". He says "I'm too sick" then proceeds to cough in my daughters face several times without even ATTEMPTING to cover his mouth. There's a COVID resurgence going on right now and EVERY employee in the shop was wearing a mask except for him. I grabbed my stuff and told my daughter we were leaving. This is after I was there one day and overheard him telling a customer "I don't care if you have COVID, you can still come in!". .this business should honestly be SHUT DOWN, they are absolutely disgusting. It's sad because his wife Hannah is a really sweet, great nail tech but John and everyone else there are TRASH. I wouldn't get my nails done here again if they paid me to!!!!! -15 stars John!!!"

"The pedicure that I got was horrible. The lady didn't seem like she knew what she was doing and she barely scrubbed my feet and she didn't even rub me . I usually have a great experience there. This time Not so good ."

"I’m literally in the shop getting my pedicure as I’m writing this. The old man is doing my pedicure and cutting off my skin, he keeps hurting me. The owner is not wearing a mask, was rude when I asked if I could get a pedicure, there were already people getting pedicures so I was unsure if there was anyone else."
