"Dr. Wang is a very conscientious dentist who does work that is always of the highest quality, because, if it is likely that a procedure will not be of the highest quality, he will not do or recommend it. I've been going to his office for my dental work since I was very young, and he has been serving many people in the Fruitvale community diligently and consistently for as long as I can remember. What I like about him is that he is not only affordable but also very resourceful. He knows how to stretch every dollar, and he makes sure that his patients can make the most out of the dental care that he provides while not paying an arm and a leg for it. His practice is a legitimate community institution, and, to me, its a bedrock of stability during an era when everything is rapidly changing. I would also add that Dr. Wang (the "a" in his name is pronounced almost like an "o") is not only a great dentist but also a great friend. He is very wise, and I know I can always go to him for advice when I need it. The entire team that he leads is composed of wonderful people with whom I am very comfortable talking about any challenges that I confront with my dental hygiene as well as any issues that arise in the community, the nation, and the world. I think people who have lived here a long time and people who are newer to the Bay Area would both benefit immensely by visiting his office to get their dental care. His practice is an authentically Oakland institution, and one of the reasons it is so authentic is that it is very welcoming to all its visitors. Give them a visit. You will not regret it."
