"I asked for a undercut, but instead they did a high fade short cut. I even showed them a picture of the undercut I want but the end result looks nothing like the picture. This unfortunately has happened for the past two times when I was there and now I can no longer tolerate it I rather go to De Design Salon instead"

"This is a terrible place to get a haircut. I am a male, and came in this morning (10/28/2023) asking for a "medium trim" (which involves taking off about 1/2-3/4 of an inch). After explaining and showing the guy what I wanted, he proceeded to cut most of my hair off. Plus they only accepted cash, no credit cards - at least on the day I was there. And they didn't give me a receipt. Yes, I know, it'll grow back, though I'll feel like a jerk in the meantime. I'll never go back."

"I’ve gone to this location for +10 years and am a regular. This review is long overdue. This review is specifically for Linda Borg. She is by far the best hair stylist I’ve ever worked with. I used to be the type just to walk in and work with whom ever. That changed after going to this Great Clips location and meeting Linda. I trusted her to cut my hair for my wedding (the most important day of my life). It turned out great! To this day, I look back with great fondness. She’s a great listener, collaborator, and expert at her craft. I don’t mind the wait to see her either. Please go in and support Linda and this fine establishment!"
