"1. lack of time management and schedule too many clients at the same time frame and make everybody wait even with appointment. 2. lack of communication, cut my hair too short than I asked for 3. unprofessional and impolite, humiliate customer in front of others assuming I don't speak the language 4. overpriced haircut price for the result and time put in, gave me a $1 discount for new customer for a $90 haircut, what a joke DO NOT RECOMMEND this hair salon, stay away if you want some basic human decent treatment overall."

"This is such a bad place to get a haircut done. I asked and showed a picture of what I’d like my hair to be and the guy who did it took a second to look at it and went on to cutting my hair. It looked nothing close to what I wanted it to be!!!! I usually just cut my own hair, but since I wanted it to look professionally done I decided to go here. I should have just done my own hair honestly. I paid more than $70 for a $20 haircut. He styled it by curling it, but I naturally have super straight long hair and he acknowledged that. My hair looks so bad now that the curls are gone and is back to being straight."

"Felt stupid paying $55 for a nearly $20 haircut. The worst pre-wash experience I've ever had. It felt like my head was lifted and dropped over and over when he was washing my hair. Stylist appears to be lack of experience and skill sets. Of course, he was demanding tips afterwards."

"Alex did an amazing job with my highlights. He’s extremely professional and is great at blow drying and styling longer hair. The salon is super modern and hip. They use high end products and the pricing is reasonable. The only complaint I would have is that they play high energy techno music on high volume. Luckily I brought my earbuds and listened to some classical music. Other than that, I highly recommend the salon. Update : Alex no longer works at this salon"
