"Horrible service. Don't make an appt....they don't honor it. I was 3 mins late, and they had already called someone else. When I finally asked about my appt time, she tried to give me a speech about "in a Dr's office if you're 15 mins late" BS. Last I checked 2-3 mins falls well within 15 min time frame, and the last I checked this is not Dr's office, stop comparing yourself to one."

"Had my nails done for my birthday here yesterday with my friend and I'm very happy with the results and experience! They take your temperature and sanitize your hands when you walk in and each station has plexiglass between you, the technician, and the stations beside you so it felt pretty safe! I got chrome ombré gel and it looks fabulous. My friend got a gel pedi and full set and they truly do very clean, detailed work, left no mess whatsoever. It's not rushed and they make sure you are happy with what they are doing. They're also not carrying on conversations with each other the entire time. The store front says Anna's beauty parlor which is a little confusing but the address is the same. They also prefer cash for payment and ensure that all tips are divided fairly among technicians! Big bonus for me! Only complaint is that I called to make an appointment at 6 and we waited an hour to be seen, though we waited in the massage chairs which was nice. I will definitely be a regular here, I enjoyed it so much and I LOVE that they do nail art!!"
