"Extremely annoyed. I called to see if they had availability and was told to come in at 11am. Once I arrived I was told it would be a 15 min wait. —I gave them 20 mins. before I inquired about how much longer the wait time would be. My time is valuable and I had work a couple hours later. If they were not able to see me in a timely manner then they shouldn’t have scheduled me for a time that doesn’t actually work so that I can go elsewhere. Complete waste of my time and unprofessional on their part."
