"Beautiful community. Apartments are very well insulated. Accommodating leasing staff...at times. Maintenance can be slow to respond. Neighbors can sometimes not be friendly to people of color. My family and I have been inconvenienced by major repairs in our building...multiple times. If you want peace and quiet, get a townhome-style apartment that faces the front of the community, and not an apartment, as most of the apartments are very close to the interstate and you can hear the cars and trucks driving by 24-7. Can't wait to move."

"Since moving to the Nashville area in 2010, I've lived in a few different apartment communities and The Mandolin at Stream Valley has truly been one of the best! I've lived in the community for a little over a year now and just transferred to a larger unit for more space to add some flexibility with remote work opportunities. Haley, Shelby and Elizabeth have always been amazing and, with this transfer, continued the tradition of excellent service one would expect from such a community. They made it easy, kept me in the loop as the move in date neared and made sure I had everything I needed to make an often stressful situation that much easier. And I can't forget our amazing maintenance team!! During our move, we discovered a small leak, which really stressed me out. They were on it! Took care of everything and made sure we were good to go as we transitioned to our next beautiful home with this community. In the greater Nashville area, I have a lot of different options to choose from as to where I "hang my hat" and The Mandolin will be that place for a long time to come!"
