"I have lived here for nearly 7 yrs and while I am content in my apartment, there are major maintenance issues which could be considered hazardous. There is a staircase in Building B that is broken...concrete stairs, which should roped off but aren't. The residents who live downstairs have to walk up a steep hill in the mud when it's raining to get to their cars. The entrance and exit to the parking lot is FULL of pot holes. Routine maintenance, is anything but routine."
