"I made it clear that I wanted to keep my hair long, and that I only wanted to tiny clean up if they recommended it, through a consultation. The guy said he’ll clean it up. I didn’t say anything about layering my hair, but he did it anyways and took long chunks out. My hair feels way to thin now."

"I’ve been here many times before, but today I had the worst salon experience of my whole life. I’ve never experienced anything like this.I’m extremely disappointed. I came in to get my highlights touched up and I made sure to mention my up coming wedding next week. As I mentioned, I’m a regular here and I’ve always counted on Amy to do a good job. However today, I had to book with Evan as Amy wasn’t available. I told him that the bleach should be rinsed out before the full hour passed. He told me “I know my job” very rudely and left the bleach in my hair for almost another hour. He was bleaching 3 other customers at the same time. My hair began to fall out in chunks. He burned my hair. My hair now is so thin when it wasn’t before. I lost more than half of my hair. My wedding is next week and I have to get extensions. Looking around, I noticed that many people here aren’t even licensed. To top it off, I still had to pay $200 despite losing my hair. Very unprofessional."

"I should give a 0 star if I could, only for this guy to- Evan who is the worst hairstylist in this store. I should request the other stylists to get a haircut instead of being hesitant to say no. As other reviewers mentioned( I regretted I didn’t check it out before I got my haircut), this guy Evan was lack of patience and very ignorant to his customers. He just wanted to finish his job but didn’t care to ruin the salon’s reputation. I asked to cut a 1.5-2 inches short and kept my A-line bob hair style. He wasn’t a gentle stylist at all because he won’t ask you to tile down or move your head around but just push your head down with force. He didn’t check in with you how the cut looks or needs to be. He trimmed layers for my hair which I only requested to cut short but kept it original. I told my husband and he said the same guy did his hair last time and it’s was a bad experience even thought for a guy’s haircut. I appreciated the other stylists - Abby & Amy. But if you are walking in this salon, do not let this Evan do your hair. You will walk out with regrets! I hope this guy could read some reviews and listen to the customers’ voices. Make some improvements! He could do better if he listens! What a shame for this salon!"

"Wendy made my hair today, she manage to get the color that i want without bleaching my hair. She fixed my hair color... coz mine was chaotic from doing DIY. She was able to pull off the hair style that i wanted. Just felt sorry for her coz i have super thick hair... she is very patient & have a good hand in doing my hair al throughout the session. Certainly would come back soon..."
