"Tollgate has been a nice place to live. Neighbors are very friendly and it is pretty quiet for an apartment building. Maintenance staff is very prompt and efficient. Office staff is quick to respond to questions or concerns. Love the added security of inside apartment entrance with key entry."

"If you live here with kids DO NOT MOVE HERE! THEY put me on the second floor and EXPECT my toddlers to be quiet during the day (8am-6pm) hours where THEY state is not quiet hours. Why would you put a mom with toddlers on the second floor if I need my toddlers to be respectful on the people below me. I cannot control my children all the time. Living in this apartment has been hell! Cannot wait to move out. Parents stay away! Not worth having to try and control my kids from being kids."

"I have loved living at Vintage Tollgate for the past two years. Here are some of my favorite things about the apartments: - Not only did I have a beautiful view, but as a single woman, I felt very safe with the added level of security of entering the apartment from inside a locked building rather than directly from outside. - Surprisingly, it’s extremely quiet within the apartments. In the two years that I’ve lived there, I’ve only heard my neighbors a handful of times, and even then it was muffled. - I loved having wood floors on an upper level--almost impossible to find, but such a nice bonus and allergy-friendly. - As someone who practically lives in her kitchen, the gorgeous kitchen and all that extra cabinet space was such a blessing. They have genuinely spoiled me rotten with this! - The gym is maintained and kept clean by the staff and the residents. - Not long after I arrived at Tollgate, there was a complete overhaul of the staff. Amy and Emeline are AMAZING and have always made me feel valued as a resident, rather than just another number or tenant. If I had to list one con for living there, it would be that the cost of living is a bit high. But, considering what you’re getting for your money (not to mention the fact that you’re about thirty seconds from the interstate and within walking distance of miles and miles of gorgeous walking trails), it has been more than worth it to me."

"I loved living at Vintage Tollgate, but unfortunately towards the end of my time here, new management took over (July 2021) and the move out process was horrendous. We were sent incorrect bills and given inconsistent information regarding final payment and utilities. My full review was too long to include here and since I didn't want to leave out any details, I attached it as screenshots - feel free to read that if you want the tea. I'd be extremely careful living here given the new management company, and if you do decide to live here, get EVERYTHING in writing. May the odds be ever in your favor."
