"Ulta Beauty is an amazing place! I went there to pick up some long hair clips and some Bobby pins. The clips were rose gold and SO BEAUTIFUL! lol They were more than I expected. I couldn’t wait to use them. I’ve shopped at Ulta Beauty in my home state on the east coast, and my experience on the west coast has been the same. Ulta Beauty is a wonderful place to shop and I love their prices!"

"I regularly visited this store and have had good experiences with the employees but today was not one of those days. I went to look for some things and when I entered at the store the security was near the entrance and everything seemed normal, until I noticed that she was following me. Any place I walked she did it too. She never told me anything but it made me feel very uncomfortable and I think she is racist. I just talked to the manager and I wish it doesn’t happen again and I want her fired. Ulta doesn’t need people like her."

"I originally went just to pick up a gift card for Xmas exchange. It was low crowd when I went in so I decided to browse for new makeup. I'm older, hardly ever wear makeup and my sister who normally goes makeup shopping with me (picks everything out for me) wasn't available. I needed to start from scratch so I needed color matching, instruction, some guidance, the works... Jocelyn was so kind and patient with me. She started by asking about my current routine and skin care regimen. We discussed different foundations and why i might want one more than the other. In the end I felt no judgment even though I'm probably old enough to be her mother. The other ladies were just as helpful and kind trying to help me find stuff. She even took my "hardly ever wear makeup" stance into acct and found products that sell smaller sizes, maybe travel size? so I didn't end up wasting money on a full size when I'd never even get thru half the bottle. My experience at Ulta was enjoyable, SO much less anxiety than the other makeup store. I will definitely be revisiting when I need refills and maybe next time I'll check out the other sections."
