"Absolutely awful experience for the second time. The office staff was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Even with having the first available appointment (8am) we had to wait 45 minutes before seeing the first medical assistant. Absolutely 0 communication about the sequence of the appointment even when I asked multiple people. We finally had to leave after an hour and a half without even seeing the doctor because my baby wasn’t allowed in the exam room with my toddler. Our last appointment took over 2.5 hours. Again being the first available 8am appointment time. When I left I was clear I wasn’t making Another appointment and yet the office staff still scheduled me one and sent me an email letting me know my appointment has been created. I then had to sit on hold for 45 minutes to try and get the appointment I never made, canceled To ensure I wasn’t going to get hit with a “missed appointment fee”. There are far too many other options for pediatric ophthalmologists to put up with this office ever again."

"Dr. Bohn and the entire staff have a very caring manner, want to make sure we understand everything that’s happening, and are very thorough. They clearly know how to deal with children and both of my children throughout almost 9 years of seeing this staff have no fear or worry about going, and I am confident they have my children’s best interest in mind. They know my children on sight and know their individual issues thoroughly, and I rarely have to spend an excessive time waiting around. They have offered advice to make the process easier each step of the way. I recommend them to everyone"
