"Stay away from this horrible place, the ghetto uneducated people that handled the front desk specifically the overweight lady, including the “ manager” do not even respect the Dentist, let along the patients. They submitted the claims to the insurance, paid their portion and a year later, they charged the same amount and claimed payment was not received. A big scammers."

"I've been going here since 2011. I went to get my second cleaning which my insurance and their office manager at the time said was free. The front desk was rude and wanted me to pay $214 first before the cleaning. I said no way! Then they said I owed them $500 from 2020, 2021 and 2022 which I was never billed for and insurance said I had no claims against me. Someone named Katie who does their billing by phone told me it was all my fault that I didn't get a bill, REALLY! Isn't that her job to bill you? Apparantly not, anyway she is now threatening me with collections. They also do not want me back as a patient. What a class act this place is Dr Lin would not even return my calls. I'm a senior on a fixed income and can not afford to pay this surprise bill they are claiming I owe them. I have always paid every bill they sent me this is a bill I knew nothing about. They need to fire their billing person Katie and their rude front desk people."

"First time patient, went in for a cleaning, I already have a regular dental office that I love just could not get to them due to Covid-19 hours...Hercules Dental Care showed great Customer Service. The Medical Assistance and Hygentist were absolutely amazing reason for the 5 Stars. I met with the Doctor for a quick second a simple delight to talk to. Only downside is I spent too much time filling out forms, recommending that they put all documents/forms online using a prefill software and eliminate the 30 to 40 minutes of sitting in the office filling out forms( unless you have patients who do not have online access). Other than that wonderful Dental Service."

"I have been coming to get my teeth cleaned and examined for several years now and am very happy with the staff. Dr Lin and all of his associates are friendly and professional. Michelle and Cameron are excellent hygienist’s and care about their client’s teeth. Always gives me feedback if I am doing a good job of brushing and flossing or if I need to improve it. The staff cares for their client’s teeth health so that is why I continue to come here for services."

"Everyone is very friendly and professional. Staff offered me a cozy blanket during the cleaning to ensure I was warm and comfortable. That was a nice touch! Very gentle and considerate of my needs and sensitive gums during my pregnancy. As pleasurable as a trip to the dentist can be!"
