He refused to cement my crown because the color did not match my natural teeth (even though I said I was okay with it). Instead he sent the crown back to have a new one made. Patients are usually the ones that have to advocate for themselves, but not with this practice. Here, Dr. Chen and his staff do the advocating for you. So, if you want a honest dentist who takes pride in his work and confidence that you're getting the best service there is, then this office is for you. Plus, the office is always calm and clean.
