"WARNING! UNLESS YOU WANT TO COME OUT WITH SUPER THIN EYEBROWS, SAVE YOUR MONEY! THE LAST TIME IM GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS After I let her know to just clean up my eyebrows, she threaded off my bushy eyebrows. She rushed the whole thing and it felt and looked like she was using cheap thread that kept breaking. That caused me a lot of pain. This morning I broke out and my face is red. DON'T go here!"
"This place is nothing fancy but their staff is skilled. I've been here a handful of times and gotten threaded by two different staff. I get full face threading and a facial. One of the staff suggested the facial and that i change my face washing routine to just water. I had been using washes prescribed by the doctor. Since i switched, my face has significantly cleared up and it's no longer peeling. From what I've seen they only have one staff at a time so try to avoid busy hours."
"Horrible. I told her to just to clean up and keep it natural shape! During the threading I was hurting so much and I was like huh why?! Then I got up and looked at the mirror oh my goodness!!! She completely took away all my eyebrows and left a very thin line of UNEVEN eyebrows. One is curvy other one is straight."
"I had beautiful full eyebrows upon entering this establishment, and departed with thin, uneven messes. As I sat there, receiving my service, all she could do was cut me down, giving her opinions on the shape and the fullness of them. Unless you want your eyebrows butchered, don’t step foot in this establishment. Never again."
"Unfortunately this eyebrow expert didn’t follow the guidelines below that is expected of her in this type of profession. Do keep it clean: (This doesn’t just go for your therapist's equipment. “You should never go into a threading session with unwashed hands. Dirt and pollution from commuting during the day sticks to your hands, and when you are asked to pull back your skin during a threading treatment, grime and bacteria will transfer to your skin which can lead to breakouts at best, and infections at worse.” The hygiene drive doesn’t stop at your hands- First cleanse the thread used on clients. Next, spritz sanitising spray all day long, but particularly before applying the thread in contact with each and every inch of skin. "Before your treatment begins, make sure that the thread being used is sterilised and that the area being threaded has been thoroughly cleansed. Personally one should wear a face mask during treatments for hygiene reasons, and to thread with my hands, rather than the traditional practice (in India) of putting the string in your mouth. It’s a risk getting my saliva on the thread, ABD therefore on the client's skin.” If it’s not sterile, it shouldn’t go anywhere near your face. That’s probably a rule for life. Plus, the thread used on me -also being used on the client sitting next to me!"
