"Great location, a few doors down from The Joint Chiropractic and Chase Bank. I walked in and they were able to see me right away. Angelina did a beautiful job on my gel manicure. She was very patient getting off my old gel and took her time prepping. They turned out perfect. Bonus: neck wrap, herbal tea, and hot stone massage included."
"Edit 09/25: Nails started lifting from the cuticles about 3 days in, my hair continually was getting caught under the nail. I know I was offered to come back in for a fix, unfortunately, I don't have another 1.5 or 2 hours to get my nails fixed. __________________________________________ Stopped in to get my old dipped taken off and new applied. Didn't ask for anything special and this service took about 1 and 50 min. (How do I know? Because I texted my husband when I sat down in the chair to let him know). As mentioned this was just a removal and new dipped power mani, no designs or anything. The tools were cleaned but the shop was dirty, dust on shelves, countertops, the nail polish bottles that were sitting at the desk were covered in nail dust and gunk. The uv light machine saw better days, I didn't rest my hand in the machine because it was filthy. Not to mention this service cost $90... typically a dipped mani is $45-$65 (prices for dipped isnt listed on the site) The neck wrap that I didn't know was coming, until it was on my shoulders, it was have been wonderful, one) if I knew I was going to get it and two) if it was unravelling. The nail technician was friendly and kind. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this salon and will not be returning."
"I booked through the shop’s online website and waited 20+ minutes to be seated. The technician who did my nails started to rush my gel manicure mid way through due to more appointments coming in. She didn’t allow for my gel to sit long enough under the light and the polish started to come off every time she tried applying a top coat. She ended up having to redo the coats.. cut me.. and her coworker had to step in. Not worth my $45 at all. They overbooked themselves horribly. I can already tell the gel will lift soon."
"First time going here for eyelash lifting and getting my nails done. I was very excited, but after that, a nightmare happened to me. I had my eyelash lift done with Angelina. I was happy with it until I got allergic reaction. The next day, I was rushed to the emergency room and after that I stopped by the salon to show them my swollen and bloodshot eyes. After that day, my eyes gotten worse and I was NOT ABLE TO SEE FOR A WEEK! I tried to communicate with the owner but they are the worst with communication! I asked for help and refund but I did not get any help from them. The owner just kept me “on read” on iMessage. No question were asked, no patch test was done before they did the eyelash lift procedure on my eyes. For my nails, they took way too long for a simple design. Started at 11:30am and finished at 3pm. More chitchats than working. I have no problem with their staff chitchatting but if they’re gonna take too long to get the nails done, then they should less it and work more. This is the worst salon I’ve ever went to. I definitely won’t go back anymore. I spent $275 on them and this is what I got. Not worth of money and time."
"I am not a person who EVER leaves reviews but i am truly so upset with my experience. I came in and asked if it was possible for them to remove my hard gel nails to which she hesitantly said ok and told me to sit. A woman came and started aggressively and carelessly filling my nails with a hand file and filing my cuticle skin in the process causing it to be sore. Then had me soak my hands in acetone which burned my newly exposed skin on my cuticles so I asked if she could use an electric file instead to which I was ignored. After about three rounds of this filing / acetone thing the pain was too much and I asked the owner who was working next to us if she can use an electric file instead. She responded with someone else will have to do it because the lady doesn't know how to use one. Someone else came over and started using the electric file but it didn't seem like she knew how to use it either. I left the salon with all of my nails in pain. They are extremely thin and just look and feel horrible. I have never had any issues taking off my nails before I'm not sure why this was so different. I just wish if they weren't comfortable with removing the hard gel they told me no and I could have went somewhere else. I wish I never came in because my natural nails are ruined"
