"Terrible experience here. The shop is small, unsanitary, smells bad, there was already goo on the towel she laid down while she did my nails. The nail clipper she used looked dirty, the buffer had been used and abused. She cut my nails too short, I wanted oval and she cut them so short that 12 hours later my nails still hurt. I am so disappointed to have sat through that hour appointment that if I can save someone a trip to this place, I feel is the only way I can redeem my self for going to this place. I’m new to the area and wanted to try a bunch of places, hence how I ended up here. Their yelp review looked good, but I should have checked here. I was just wanting the whole experience to be over at a certain point. All this and to charge $60 for powder manicure, they arbitrarily came up with the price. When the lady doing my nails asked one of the other techs, she was obviously guesstimating. There is no way an appointment at this place would be worth $60. I regret my visit and if you are thinking of going….DON’T."

"My friends and I had an excellent experience at Sunset Nails! We asked for matching gel nail art and everyone at the salon was extremely helpful and accommodating helping us pick out colors, coordinating joint manicure/pedicures amongst us, and even having our nail art be done by the same person so that the art was consistent. Had such a pleasant time and were all so happy with the results. Would definitely recommend and come again!"
