"This nail salon is only good for pedicures only in my opinion. I have gotten my nail done there about 8 times (gel X or acrylic. ). 5 out of 8 times my nails have not lasted more than 5 days . I don’t understand it ? I expect good quality and good professional work done for the price . I have mentioned it to the owner before and have even returned to show her . Even if she offers to redo it it’s still bothers me that this is a repetitive problem .Sadly will no longer be a customer of this place ."

"My nails are ruined. Even though I made an appointment, I had to sit and wait 45mins before someone started on me. My nails were then ruined with poor gel application - they are so flat with no curve and the nail shape was ruined. I came in with long almond and left with what I an only describe as skinny claws. Despite me voicing my concern she kept filling, I continued to explain to her this was not almond shape but it was too late and my nails were simply ruined. The owner came owner and agreed they looked horrible and wanted to fix them saying she could reapply the tips and started again.I explained they were my nails, not tops, that I had been here for 2hrs and couldn’t stay any longer. Someone came over and started massaging me and she started putting more gel on to make my nails thicker, so now they were skinny and thick. I asked them repeatedly to stop and had to become vocal to get them to stop. She wanted me to come back and I initially said I would, to which she then asked me to pay her now. That was when I decided i would never return. I had been there now 2hrs 20mins for a 45mins appt, my nails are ruined and she still wanted me to pay now. Perhaps I was unlucky and got someone untrained, but I will never be back."
