"I previously liked going here because they did a good job on nails and weren’t busy (now I know why). The gel color I asked for did not match the outside of the bottle. After one coat, I asked repeatedly for them to take it off and just buff my nails- they flat out refused and kept saying that they didn’t have enough time. They kept painting them even after I said to stop. And then they said that I would have to pay for gel even if they took it off. They even treated my 3 1/2 year old daughter terribly. She got her toes and fingers painted and when she moved her hand while her nails were drying. The lady said “Don’t do that! Stop moving- I won’t fix it, I don’t have time to fix it”. My daughter’s face dropped and it was clear she was,understandably, upset and uncomfortable. I made sure to reassure her and distract her. But it was just terrible. I won’t be going there again."
