Corner Nails And Spa

"Normally, I have great service and get fantastic nails from either Lisa or Phoenix. Today, I was a bit surprised by the service and nails. The lady who did my nails today said the acrylic on my nails was old and recommended a new set. I agreed and picked out a dark green that ended up not matching the example (much brighter) or the other color I picked out as an accent color. I said I didn't like the gold color on two of my fingers and asked if she could just do the one green color that didn't match the example. She said she's already spent too much time on me and I would have to give her more money, so I said, "Let's just finish these nails then." She ended up removing the gold and then applied FOUR thick coats of the original green to try to make it match the color example. This definitely wasn't the best work I've had here, and I'm really disappointed with the way my nails came out. They were supposed to be short coffin but ended up uneven, square, and thick. I hate to write this because I do like this shop, but these nails are not done well. Update: After calling and setting up and appointment with the owner to fix my nails, I went in and explained that my new set was applied poorly and that I wasn't happy with the huge gap between my real finger nails and the glued on tips, the shape that had nails angled in different directions, the nails were thicker at the tips than they were at the base and had no resemblance of coffin shape whatsoever. She wanted to just do a color fix and said that I should have said something to the tech and that it takes too much time to fix later. Even after explaining exactly what I said to the tech about my nails being uneven, sideways thumb, and some nails went straight out and some tipped up, she insisted I should have said something. I told her "please look at these nails and tell me this is a good job, no one would be happy with this new set." She agreed to fix them after I told her I would pay for her time. I didn't have to guide her on how to fix them, she knew exactly how they were supposed to look and feel and only charged 25. It still cost me 25 more dollars and an extra trip to town to have it done right once. Even after she cut the real nail on the underside, there was still a large space between my nail and the tip which collected plenty of food and dirt. After this experience, I will be finding a new place."

"Love my experience here. It was a little quiet the day I went in, and the girl doing my words really didn’t talk…. At all. But the place is clean, the woman doing my pedicure really took her time and gave my legs a good massage!!! It was so appreciated!! I got gel polish and they did SUCH a good job, it’s been 2 weeks and my manicure is still holding on strong. Prices are totally reasonable, so as long as they don’t randomly raise their prices, I’ll be back more frequently!!!"

"Great nail salon. Very clean. Everyone was friendly. Prices were reasonable. I really appreciated that each client got their on sealed cuticle instruments . It was not like those salons where the instruments used on you are the same ones that they used on every client they attended to that day. Got a twist on a french manicure and Khoi was very keen on detail . They Have lots of nail colors to choose from. Have massage chairs and a TV to watch on and free WIFI while you're getting your nails done . Definitely going back ."

"I came in for a special occasion. The store was clean, and everyone wore masks. Not knowing what exactly I wanted, Holly helped me figure out what looked good for my nails. She did a great job. I was delighted with the result. I’ll come back for sure."
