"I went and saw Van for my eyelashes on November 12 at noon. This was my very first experience with professional eyelash extensions and I was referred to Van by a women at my gym. Van was on her phone for the entire sixty minute appointment and for the last thirty minutes she was eating her lunch while applying my lashes. Moreover, she burped over my head which I found really unprofessional. Then at the end when she went to take off the safe pads, she realized she had glued my left eye shut and had to shave off part of my lower eye lashes. To make matters worst, six days later and one of my eye lashes do not look good at all. I called the salon and the receptionist told me to directly contact Van to whom he believed would fix the problem. Therefore, I sent her a lengthy text message explaining how my lashes were not staying on and how I was concerned since I followed her instructions to not get them wet or touch them. The day went by and I received no response so I decided to call and leave a message on the chance she did not see the messages. Van answered the phone and to my dismay was rude and blamed me for the eyelashes coming off. She said I was the problem and that she did not have time to fix them. I am extremely disgusted and upset with the service I have received from Van. I spent over $100 after tip on these eye lash extension and I expected professionalism since I went to a salon for this service. I strongly recommended going else where."
