"I had multiple fillings and a cleaning done this past month. The front desk was so professional, patient and nice even when I was late my first visit. The best thing is they run my insurance and contact me prior to my appointments to give me full disclosure of the cost of services so there are no surprises. Not sure if that’s normal but no one has ever done that for me. Dr. Tsoi is also very professional and kind. I’m scared of dentists and needles but he was so patient in explaining what he was doing, stopping frequently to ask if I had questions or pain, and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. His bedside manner was much appreciated and I feel less nervous for my future appointments. Also their referral for Dr. Alfredo De la Cruz for wisdom teeth removal was top notch too. Very happy with my experience overall."
