"First time - I did root canal last 2 months ago and it was so painful in first 3/4 days even I took Ibuprofen 600 mg 4 times par days. I called clinic and asked how should I do for relief, staff replied (through phone) that “take it out yourself”! WTH? I am not a dentist, how I can do that myself, are you kidding me? Second time- After permanently crowning, within 2 months, crown came out (29 NOV22) evening, and called clinic ASAP and they scheduled me for (1stDEC22) 3:00 pm. On 1st Dec, when we arrived clinic (3:00 pm) and they closed. My husband called staff and she said that scheduled was changed to 2:00 pm, and no one showed up, so they closed. WHAT? Without notice? Without any information to patient? She said that she called us and no one picked up, she called for rescheduling on 29 NOV. Excuse me! Crown came out on 29 NOV evening, they didn’t even know that was happening, and we called them on that evening for scheduling. Not for rescheduling!! I swear I saw (only)1 missed call (strange number) around 1 pm on 1st DeC. Who knows that was clinic number (I saved aldy clinic number on my phone). No voice msg, no text, no email. We all are working person, no one free. We postponed everything for this coming out crown problem. We drove 2 hours back and forth for nothing. You might be rude (because you’re Russian, sorry for racing), but do not lie and put everything to customers. No one fools! Dr.Yisinsky is good but staff is so bad and terrible customer service. She thinks she is the best one in the world. So rude,so disrespectful and so unprofessional staff."

"I have gone to Geary Dental for about 5 years now. Always had a great experience, professional staff, and personalized service. I of course have my cleanings done here, but also a couple old cavities replaced and root canal. No problems! She is so good with getting the bite right the first time, (unlike my old dentist) and conservative with my treatment. I feel like I am in excellent hands, recommend her to anyone who asks who my dentist is, and even though I moved a little South, I drive 45 minutes to go to Dr Yasinsky!!"
