"Unfortunately, they don’t know how to keep an appointment. They know how to book one, but never seem to be ready for you at your scheduled time. Might as well go back to ‘walk-in’ only service, since appointment aren’t kept or honored. If they were still charging $9 or $12 bucks for a cut, I wouldn’t mind, but it’s $30 for a simple cut now! Guess I’m expecting more for my money."

"Worst possible experience. Terrible customer service. Lack of professionalism. Saturday 8/27/22 4pm - empty shop. From the moment I walked in with my 6 y/o son and was greeted I could tell there was something bothersome about the stylists having to stop taking their break to help us out. I explained to my son's stylist exactly how I needed his haircut. Her lack of communication skills was apparent by her tone and the things she would say to my son when he would get a little nervous during his cut. Meanwhile I sat across from him having my own haircut. Once my son was done I could see the obvious and irreversible worst haircut he's ever received. Before speaking up about her horrendous work, I waited to be done with my own haircut which definitely had its own flaws and had to be corrected before the stylist was ready to get me off the chair. When I finally spoke up about the issue, the stylist's response was unapologetic and rather blamed me for the end result. My son wears his hair a little long in the front almost to a point. This fact was made clear at the beginning. During his cut she asked me if the length on the top of the head was good or if she should cut a bit more. I agreed to getting a little more off. She then tells me that having done that meant the front point would go as well. I told her you're the professional and you should have made me aware of it if that's the case, which she did not. She remained unapologetic throughout. I asked to pay for both haircuts and told her I would take my son elsewhere to get this fixed as best as possible since their attitude and unprofessionalism was not worth the trouble. My son's stylist was hispanic and seemed to be a lead team member from her demeanor. I would not recommend this shop to anyone and would highly encourage mayor quality control from the owner asap. I'm including the end result photos taken as soon as we made it home."
