"Bad attitude from the blonde working right up front. My son and I walk in and there was no “hello” no “welcome in” or anything of this nature. First thing she says in the rudest tone is “do you have an appointment?” I said “no I do not”. We stood there for 30 seconds wondering if she was going to say something else or follow up to her question but didn’t. I had to ask “is that okay that we don’t have an appointment” and she replies “well there is a long wait”. It’s just the non customer service attitude and snarky tone is why I am writing this. It’s hard to describe someone’s tone on a review but let me assure you it was not pleasant at all! I have no problem waiting at all. This was not my problem. How about something like this? “Welcome in, we have about a 45 minute wait right now, let’s get you signed in to get you in line”. She made us feel like how dare us walk in without an appt. The other lady that took my info was polite and courteous but unfortunately not the other one at all!"
