"Irina *not sure how to sell her name* she did a hair cut and a balayage on my hair, that I've been getting done for about 3 years prior to coming to her. I went here because it was a cheaper spot than my girl and I paid 158 and unfortunately she made it look nice in the salon because be blew dry it and curled it. Once I got home it looked horrific.. the worse I've ever seen me hair .. the first photo is what it looked like once I washed it myself and straightened it. The second - fourth picture was what it looked like at my normal girls place for her before photo at fixing it and the last 3 was her after photo of fixing my hair. She not only fried my hair and left it so spotchy and he cut was awful... it only let give 1 star but I give a -100 stars"

"Called the salon to try and book an appointment under deb, but instead Jennifer answered and immediately booked me underneath her without asking, which should have been my first sign but I thought I’d give her a chance. Was running behind, seems like she rushed my hair cut because another customer showed up. I left very unhappy but still tipped her, she barely gave me any layers and the ones she gave me are choppy and uneven, she started my face frame at my chin when I asked her to go below it. Seems like she doesn’t listen and just does as she pleases because I overheard her talking with her coworker and apparently her previous customer was also upset because she couldn’t really do what she wanted"

There nothing more awkward than having dead end conversations with your stylist. I also appreciate that she showed me what tools and products she used to style my hair, taught me houto style and where I can buy it (since they don't sell them).
