"When I started going to Dr. Franck a few years ago I had not been to the dentist for a long time. I had some major issues that we needed to address and Dr. Franck and her staff were very understanding to the financial burden that dental work can have on you and never pressured me into feeling like I needed everything done at the same time. They allowed me to schedule things out in a manner that worked best for me. Dr. Franck helped me through the process of getting 3 crowns and was always available to make any adjustments or address any concerns I had in a timely manner and without making me feel guilty. Once my issues were all addressed I wanted to work on getting my smile whiter. I previously had a lot of work done on my front teeth, including a root canal, and after some consideration we decided that crowns and veneers would be the best option for me to get the whiter smile I was hoping for. I am very happy with the results of my new smile. The teeth look natural and I feel great. The girls in the office are insurance gurus and I have never had an issue with my billing. I highly recommend Dr. Franck and her amazing staff."
