"I got my nails done two days ago, and four of them are broken. They’re acrylic. The person I spoke to told me they wouldn’t charge for service but would still charge for supplies because I was probably doing something that broke them. I was doing laundry. Now I’m out $60."

"I’ve been here a few times but lately had not bothered because they had messed up in the past and I had never loved the place. Today the nail lady did such an awful job I decided to speak up and ask them to remove it before I left. I was asked to pay 20 dollars for the removal and when I looked at my hand after getting home it was bleeding. So go at your own risk- it’s cheap but not worth it."

"My last 3 visits are why I’ll never step foot in this shop again. The woman at desk #5 is incredibly rude and does what she wants on your nails, she literally doesn’t listen, I usually get my nails done by a young man there and he does them perfect and I usually leave satisfied, but recently the woman has been doing my nails. She literally talks about you the entire time and does things like look at you and snicker rudely not to mention her work is sloppy and inconsistent. Also the girl in the front is sweet but literally rushed me out because they closed early on Sundays, the woman was standing up putting her purse on while filing my still WET nails. No cuticle oil or anything. Never coming back. (I always tip)"
