"I booked an appointment for a Full set with nail art and a pedicure a week in advance. I arrived and waited about 20 minutes, then rushed to finish my nails throughout the process. I was told that there may not be time to do my pedicure because they were closing early. My nails were done and did not look like the image I showed the nail technician. I was able to get a pedicure and paid for the top pedicure. From start to finish, she took about 15 minutes to remove my old gel and the nail paint. This pedicure included a massage (I got a two-minute massage max), and then I was rushed out of the chair. The chair was broken and was reclined and was dirty. I had three nails pop off within two days and another on the fourth day. I called the salon and was told they only fixed their work within three days of your appointment. There is a big difference between me breaking a nail and my nails popping off. I came back on to have the nails fixed. I waited 40 minutes even though they told me to come in when I arrived. They fixed the nails, but they did not shape or make any effort to make the new nails remotely the same size or shape. Then, they charged me 15 dollars for fixing their poor quality work. I no sooner got home, and another nail popped off. I have since had all but two come off. I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years. I have never had an experience like this one with such poor quality of work and customer service. I would save your money and not even bother with this shop!"

"They don't take their time and I keep giving them chances their work is messy they get acrylic on your skin they don't file nails the same length and they're stickers come off in 4days ."

"This place has gone down. I used to come here so often stopped years ago cause I moved. I stopped by after finally being able to get my nails done after a year and they’re horrible. The man was in such a rush the color gel was not the actual color we used a white base they look yellow. Some how the nails got SHORTER & SHORTER AS HE WORKED. The nails are uneven. They’re so ugly. I’ll never stop here again."

"Me and my daughter both got our nails done here last weekend. A gentleman did mine and a lady did my daughters. We both showed pictures of what we had in mind to get done. They said it wouldn't be a problem, but mine look nothing like my picture and have very sloppy lines. I was super upset as they cost me 50 dollars and looked awful. I'm not bashing them, but wanted to give some advice instead. If a customer asks if you can do a design and you know you are unable to deliver something close, say so!!! I would have chosen something obtainable instead like a classic French tip or something lol.... the last picture with the purple is the one I had asked if I could have done."

"We will be back....this nail salon was such a wonderful experience for my daughter and I. We both got a pedicure and she got a full set and eyelashes!!! Prices are broken down so there are no surprises at the end. No appointments though only walk ins because they are so busy. Now i know why...they're awesome!!!❤"
