"*District* Manager recently cut my husband’s hair..he asked for layers, she cut it straight across. He asked for a “trim” on the sides but she faded it. He asked her to clean up the back/neck and she shaved it close to the skin. She then rushed off to take a break and didn’t do what was asked of her. Ridiculous & unacceptable. It’s so short in the back that he’s chosen to likely just cut it all off. His beautiful hair!! :’( She butchered it by shaving it short underneath & on the sides. It looks so awkward & bad that now we now have to grow out the back & pay someone else to fix the damage she did. Just pay the money and go somewhere where they care about doing what the customer asks and doing a good, thorough job. Very disappointed. They gave us our money back & offered to fix it, but how can you fix hair that you shaved off..glue it back on? Never again!"

"This was the first time I got a haircut at Great Clips UV and didn't know what style would suit me. I didn't catch my stylists name but she had black hair and tattoos on her arm and she was amazing and sweet! She guided me through my haircut and made me look beautiful! Will be back soon."

"It was a disappointing experience. My child really didn't get the haircut they were asking for from the stylist. The staff is really friendly. The store is very clean. But, ultimately I heard what my child asked for and that is not what they were given. I actually cut their hair for them later that day. By no means am I qualified to style hair, but my child is happy with it."
