"Ok. Bought the $36 groupon. Didn't expect much... who would? But I was delighted even still. Monica was a cutie. Nice young lady. She did about 8 foils, & a simple cut. Nothing life changing. She's good. & she's sweet.. People, don't expect a $120 experience buying a $36 groupon. they cant afford all the chemicals!! Just go in expecting a light top colour & snip. If you get bleached out, expect added charges. HELLO. if u need work, dont buy a groupon, SIMPLE. Yes, guy ON the phone is RUDE THO. I got lost, he needed a good slapping, hehe!!!"

"At first when I had gone I had a groupon. I called and asked if the Groupon would cover what I was trying to get or if I would have to bring more money because I wanted to be prepared. They had said yes it would. I go in and Monica served me she then told me half way through the bleaching of my roots which I had explained they were two inches LG and I had very thick hair, that I would need more bleach and the Groupon wouldn't cover it. OK well good thing I brought extra money. Then she tells me that now that she's used two things of bleach the toner would not be covered by the Groupon because it is a larger amount than expected or I could pay more for that as well and I'm just over it at this point. I then leave the store and she only trimmed my bangs when I had needed the ends of my hair cut and she did not do it. Well I end up leaving with bright yellow hair I was told I wouldn't have and then I thought OK whatever but now months later as my hair FALLS OUT which it did not. I look back on the pictures and my hair has gotten SHORTER since going there and I have not been anywhere else. I have just decided to chop my hair off very short because she destroyed my hair. Very unhappy with this service"

"Went to Salon 701 with my wife to get her eye lashes done. Mayra was totally not friendly and kept every conversation my wife had short. The lashes took about 45 min to and hour to do. Not what we expected at all. Poor quality of work and the lashes started falling out the next morning. We do not recommend this place for false lashes at all. Save your money people and go somewhere else."
