"This place took my dad's information and scheduled an appointment. The dentist saw my dad and we scheduled an appointment for him to get replacement dentures. Today about 3 months later I get a call saying they don't take my dad's insurance which is Delta Dental. So, they wasted about three months of our time when my dad needs dentures now. It is a dirty, filthy office and they should have told me they didn't take his insurance on the first call. The receptionist is constantly on her cell phone and she is incompetent. They almost never answer the phone. I would have given them no stars if i could have. Good luck with these people."

"Dr Park is an excellent dentist. He is friendly, knowledgeable and always gentle. He’s the best dentist I’ve ever had. I only gave 4 stars because the front office hasn’t always had their stuff together and it does take awhile to get an appointment sometimes."

"DO NOT COME HERE!!!! They are sooooo rude. I waited 5 months for my appointment, my ride through my insurance was late and I arrived 15 minutes late. They REFUSED to see me. The front desk lady lied to me when I asked to speak to the dentist and said he wasnt even there. I said OH SO HE CAN'T EVEN SEE ME! She said "oh no actually he is here he just isn't ready" then I said I'm filing a complaint and the dentist came out and spoke with me said he couldn't squeeze me in to my 1 hour appointment. It's a trashy place with trashy people. I don't trust them. They gave me the paperwork I needed to fill out for next appointment and wouldn't even take it they said there was no way to save it. So rude and disrespectful to someone who waited 5 months to be seen there."

"I highly recommend NOT coming here. They’ll make sure to keep your appointment to pull any teeth or take pictures but if theirs any actual work that needs to be done, You can count on a cancellation. The people in the office need way more training n also the dentist assistants. The office is disgusting and so dirty. They don’t deal with their patients well and lack the experience of their own job description. This office is only to pull teeth and take pictures. If you need actual work done. Find another office. Good luck to this horrible location"

"switched over because they where great before with my sister but not anymore been waiting for almost 2 years to get my broken tooth issue fixed. nothing but horrible service from referral's not being sent even after countless times of having to remind them to appointments they schedule months out always being rescheduled because they don't have a doc. definitely ridicules if you don't have the proper staff why be open definitely reported it to my insurance and in the prosses of getting transferred"
