My company completed repairs on this building for their AC system, and were rushed to get the job done so that they could continue to see clients. Once the work was completed it was crickets from them about paying their bill. We are now over since months past completing the work and cannot get any response from them. Not ethical business practices, so please exercise caution if you want to work with them"

"This review is for the front office staff. I have had no problems with the service from the Dentists or Hygienists. I have had several issues with being scheduled incorrectly by the front office staff. I have also had many times where they forgot about me, (tell me to sit down and someone will take your payment when they're available) I sit there for almost an hour and have to confront them as I have just been waiting to pay and they're like oops. About 2 weeks ago I had a root canal, spent a lot of money on that. And then they scheduled me at my previous appt to come back in today for my permanent crown install. I had to miss work, as I work in an office, to come into this appointment and all of my dentist appointments as the office hours are the same as my job's hours. And I show up to my appointment today, wait for about 20 minutes past my appointment time and then they call me up to the front desk to tell me it looks like my crown actually did not arrive yet, it should have been in yesterday but never came so we will have to call you to come back another day once it is here. WHY did they not call me yesterday to let me know to not come in to my appointment today? No regard for the value of my time, my gas, my job? I missed work, to come to this appointment in which I will not be getting paid and it effects my attendance to request unpaid time off of work. And all for nothing as I will have to now request an additional time off of work. I understand that delays happen and it is out of your control if my crown was not ready, what I do not understand is why no one called me the day before when they realized my crown was obviously not going to be there by my 8am appointment? And to offer no solution or remedy for my inconvenience seems outrageous. There seems to be about 10 girls in the office a simple phone call to let me know to not to come in could have easily taken less than 2 minutes. And to just tell me sorry we will call you when you can come back, no clue when that will be but we will call you. After I eventually get this crown installed I don't think I will be coming back for any future work. Dental work is expensive and to not respect your customer's time seems pretty wild to me."

They treat everyone with excellence. And there work is outstanding. This will definitely be my families first choice for cosmetic and dental work. Thank you guys for being awesome!"

"Was referred here by Aspen Dental Elk Grove office. Upon arriving I was greeted with a warm welcome by Rhea and another colleague of hers.Even with my appointment being at a different time,she quickly checked for an available time for me and I was squeezed into that time slot. Thank u ,I appreciate you. The Office is very cute , calming and neatly set up for kids and their parents . Rhea not only was professional but helped me baby sit while I was getting X-Ray done at Wackford Dental across the hall.Mrs. Jamela knows the office well and you can tell how much she loves the work she does and appears to be is like mama to all, just my opinion. Thank you:). Dr.Guess so knowledgeable and nice, just on first meeting, will share more as time progresses.Alyssa office manager , professional, knows how to break down the financial information simply. She puts a plan together that easy to understand and affordable. Thank you all. I hope everything works out and I look forward to seeing the results of my braces. I gave you guys a 4 because there is always room for an improvement, in my opinion. I know it my first day but I would recommend this place because first time impressions are really important.
