Reviews
"After spending thousands at this office they want to charge me $20 dollars to send me and email with the Xrays that I already paid for. The lady at front office asked me for my credit card number over the phone. Sketchy!"
"I rarely write reviews, but this office deserves an awesome review. My first visit with Dr. Gaddis was for an emergency extraction of my back molar. I haven't been to the dentist in years, I always felt judged and never comfortable. I've been back to his practice after that emergency visit ONLY because the staff and himself make it feel like a no judge zone! The staff themselves are always laughing, enjoying their jobs. Dr. Gaddis did my cleaning, and filled my 2 fillings with ease, even removed some staining that was needing done. He keeps it simple with no hidden surprises when you go to pay, Dr. Gaddis will be my dentist for life, if you are looking for a great dentist without someone trying to push things on you, with a great welcoming staff...this is the place! 5 stars and beyond!"
"my 90 yr mom went 7/19/23 11am 10:30 for 1 extraction, 12:45 were told to wait another hr. Dentist arrived 2:45 said will pull all of 6 teeth Is it safe? I do it all the time. I asked for her prescription to fill it. As we wait No at the end of the day seemed worrisome to have 6 extractions no pain meds until evening mom’s bottom tooth wouldn't come out dentist forcefully pushed on her jaw, making her cry then gave her multiple shots before she left She was crying and shaking. It's important to note mom is petite, 5’ 102 pounds I repeatedly called dr and pharmacy but no prescription 8:00pm a variation of Tylenol was ready left a message Dr office moms needs a proper meds 6 extractions,Novocain have worn off mom was in horrific pain receptionist's dismissive remark saying mom shouldn't be in pain I order Tramadol, will get the job done mom didn’t get meds until 10 PM. 8/3/23 11 AM. For impressions. asked expedite this mom can’t eat was told to wait like everyone else asked if I could pay in $ to expedite process NO 8/16/23 10AM dentures ready Dentures oversized to big dentist attempting to force them in mom’s mouth. She said they hurt they don’t fit Dentist said because you’re not used to wearing teeth, it’s also your age your mouth has changed. He tried to force teeth but they were huge couldn’t fit Mom is crying said denture too long causing her to choke They don’t touch the roof of her mouth and couldn't fit both in He tried to file still too big very painful He tried to file it down couldn’t dentist said we need to return them I asked how long it would take she lost 10lb already didn’t know I continuously called 9/26/23 2:30 another delay 1.5 hours in the chair. Finally, dentist came in with unchanged teeth He tried to shove them in her mouth still too big He said get some denture glue, then they’ll fit I asked for some, no I offered to buy it still no Why wouldn’t you tell us to bring the glue? He tried to file the teeth He picked up the instrument has air and he started to blow the his arm and his shirt He was touching the instrument to his arm and shirt he continued to clean his shirt and arm he handed mom the teeth with shavings of resin on them And told my mom to put them in her mouth (herself ) I grab them and wipe them off he continued to blow the dust off of his shirt and arms as he was touching the instrument to his arm and shirt He said wear them at home you’ll get used to them I said they don’t fit her she can’t put them in He said well just come back He said I have to go I said we’ve been waiting for an 1.5 hrs you’ve been in here 12 minutes. You did nothing he said yeah but I have to go mom still had the dentist bib on and giant teeth in her lap he didn't provide a case or offer any assistance He walked away mom in tears It was the most terrible experience I could ever imagine anyone enduring. This dentist is inhumane and should not be practicing. He is cold, callous, and cruel. He lacks hygiene, especially during Covid when safety and cleanliness should be a priority. It is concerning that he is unable to perform basic tasks such as taking accurate measurements and impressions, which are fundamental skills taught in dental school. This office should be shut down and his license revoked. It is shocking that the American Dental Association allows such situations to occur. recently took my mother to an alternative dentist in pursuit of obtaining fresh impressions and rectifying the ill-fitting dentures to ensure proper functionality. The dentist concluded that the impressions taken for my mother's mouth could not have resulted in the dentures provided to her Unfortunately mom has endured an excessive amount of physical and emotional suffering, the loss of 15 pounds, at the hands of a licensed dentist. In addition to displaying a lack of empathy, exhibiting cruelty, being dismissive, maintaining poor hygiene if any, and engaging in abusive behavior towards elderly individuals, this particular Dentist can be deemed monstrous."
"All of the staff members are friendly and professional. The office is a little tight for someone in a power wheelchair. I need to let them know ahead of time that I'm coming so they know to put the ramp out. But they are always extremely accommodating. I'm able to stay in my wheelchair while getting examined or worked on because I can't transfer. The staff is always willing to make me feel comfortable. I recommend Dr gaddis for your dental needs."
"To many hidden bills and every time they do work on one of my teeth I’m going back multiple times to get that one tooth fixed"
