"We were scheduled on Feb 1 to have an appointment for two of us on Aug 3. We got a reminder message a week before appointment but only named one of the party's name. So I wrote back both parties' name on my reply e-mail and said yes. They called me saying they only have one slot and canceled the other one's because of short staff. Scheduled six months ago and got cancelled. Okay, I accepted coz things may happen. They promised me to put us in the first priority when they see someone cancel appointment. I have reminded them not to ask us in a rush mode because we need to get approval for time off. She said they will give us about a week beforehand. We were waiting until yesterday Aug 15 (18 days later) to get another message at 4:37 asking us to fill out an empty slot on Aug 17. By the time we saw the message, we all left our office. So the next day morning on Aug 16, I replied to them that we can come over and we applied time off. They replied the slot has been filled and put us back to the call list. In less than 24 hours and given to someone else, really? They told me there was another patient responsed first then they gave to them. It looks like a first come first serve rule applied. Are we driving and waiting in a "all way stop sign"? Ladies, for a better customer service you need to do it one by one and not spread it out to everyone at the same time. 1st schedule on 8/3 we canceled our time off, and today we canceled it again for tomorrow. Two times to canceled our time off, and they do not care. They won't give me further remedy action. It is what it is, that is........ Good luck! I am going to find a new dentist now."

"I went to this clinic today to see a "specialist" Siu invited for my tooth issues. To my surprise, I was asked to pay $175 fee for the visit when I left. This is ridiculous. I have seen more than 20 dentists in the past. I have never seen such a high "visit" fee. If I was told that the "visit" fee was so high, I would have cancelled the appointment. This clinic is cheating! Do not come to this clinic! Besides, the so-called specialist charges more than 3 times than other specialists for the same service. The way she talked to me made me think she was more a business woman than a dentist who cares for her patient. Do not come to this clinic for specialist service (implants, gum issues, ...)."

"Dr. Siu is an exceptional dentist. The entire experience of getting seen by her from scheduling to leaving her office is remarkable. I don't think that it is possible to have a dentist who excel in their profession as much as Dr. Siu . Her work is top notch, I have never had any issue with the multiple fillings or crown that she had done for me. Her bed side manners are even better. Dr. Siu is attuned to her patient's needs; she checks if everything is okay at the slight sign of pain. After major work, she has checked on me to make sure everything is going well. Dr. Siu office is a reflection of her excellence. Her staff is extremely friendly and treats everyone with respect. From scheduling, answering question to following up on missed calls, they are the best. Her dental hygienists are also superb. While I have only seen Goldie, I can't imagine that Dr. Siu would keep anyone who's not as exceptional as herself. If you loathe going to the dentist and have put off dental work due to that hate, as I have for so many years, then do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Siu. I can confidently say that I look forward to dealing with her and her staff every time I have an appointment."
